The eggplant is surprisingly really good as well. Coming from a non cook here and some one that had to go and buy half of the recipe (including a dutch oven, wooden spoon and glass baking pan lol) Like I said.... I am SO SO new to cooking. A fellow friend lended me her slicer for the eggplant and YOU WANT ONE for this recipe. There are a couple things I would do differently, like chop up the onion better, not cook as long (my oven is faster then the recipes) but over all I really love all of this. Will be making this again for sure. But really… It is THAT good. Whole 30 Lasagna for the win
