Yes y'all! It is a thing and it is good. Took it to our church lasagna night and got great reviews from others as well. It's so good you forget there is no cheese. The eggplant is surprisingly really good as well. Coming from a non cook here and some one that had to go and buy half of the recipe (including a dutch oven, wooden spoon and glass baking pan lol) Like I said.... I am SO SO new to cooking. A fellow friend lended me her slicer for the eggplant and YOU WANT ONE for this recipe. There are a couple things I would do differently, like chop up the onion better, not cook as long (my oven is faster then the recipes) but over all I really love all of this. Will be making this again for sure. But really… It is THAT good. Whole 30 Lasagna for the win
